This Privacy Policy explains how Helvorxy ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use GamePad Tester & Massager (the "App").
The App does not require a public profile and does not use artificial intelligence to process your data. It does not collect precise location data.
1. Information Processed
Purchases and identifiers
RevenueCat connects when the App starts to check Premium access and available offers, including before you make a purchase. It creates an anonymous app user identifier and processes technical request information, product identifiers, purchase and entitlement status, and transaction or receipt information where available. These records support purchases, access restoration, fraud prevention, customer support and subscription reporting. This purchase-related reporting is separate from optional Firebase usage analytics. The App does not send your name, email address or advertising identifier to RevenueCat.
We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details. Apple processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Usage and technical information
The App may process technical and usage information such as IP address, device and operating-system version, app version, screens or features used, session timing, crash information, and performance diagnostics. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
Controller input
Button, trigger, stick, and vibration controls are processed to provide controller testing and massage functionality. We do not use controller input to identify you.
Raw controller button, stick and trigger readings are processed on your device and are not sent by the App to our analytics or purchase providers. Local settings include language, onboarding and safety-notice choices, review-prompt timing and ad-frequency limits. The App does not provide iCloud synchronization or a backup-export feature. Device backups may include local App data according to your Apple backup settings.
If you send a support message, ad report or privacy request through our contact form, we receive the name, email address, message and any other information you choose to submit. We use it to respond and investigate the request. The website and its contact form are also covered by https://helvorxy.com/privacy/.
2. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following providers:
Google Analytics for Firebase for optional app usage analytics, including screen views and session information.
RevenueCat for purchase validation, entitlement status, subscription management, and restoration.
Apple App Store and StoreKit for distribution, payments, refunds, and subscription management.
Providers processing information on our behalf are required to handle it consistently with this Policy, their contractual obligations, and applicable law. Independent platform services process information under their own privacy policies.
Advertising and optional analytics
The free version uses Google AdMob to display banner ads and occasional interstitial and app-open ads at natural transitions. Full-screen ads are frequency-limited and do not interrupt controller tests or massage sessions. Personalization depends on your tracking permission and applicable advertising consent choices. Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device and app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. In version 1.2.9 and later, we may request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. If you allow it and applicable consent requirements are met, Google AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertising and advertising measurement across apps and websites. Declining does not block app features. If you decline tracking or the required personalization consent, we request non-personalized or limited ads, subject to availability. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Earlier versions do not request IDFA access. Ads are hidden while Premium access is active.
Where required, Google's consent form lets you accept, reject, or manage choices. You can reopen Ad privacy options in Settings when available. If consent requirements cannot be met, ads are not requested. Google processes data under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Firebase usage analytics is enabled only after tracking authorization and, where required, analytics consent through Google's privacy form. You can manage your choices through Ad privacy options in Settings when available, or withdraw tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Firebase advertising storage, advertising data use, and personalization follow your tracking permission and applicable Google consent choices.
Turning off usage analytics does not disable the data processing needed for ads described above. Advertising privacy choices are managed separately.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Information is processed to provide requested features, validate purchases, restore access, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, diagnose failures, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and answer support requests.
Depending on applicable law, processing may be based on performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in security and reliable operation. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it through the relevant device or platform setting.
4. Data Sharing
Information is shared with Apple, RevenueCat and Google for the purposes described in this Policy. Advertising-related sharing depends on applicable permissions and privacy choices. Information may be shared with the providers described above only as needed for their stated functions, or disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or secure the App.
5. Retention and Deletion
Purchase and entitlement records may be retained as reasonably necessary to restore purchases, manage subscriptions, handle refunds, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations. Analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to provider settings and policies and should not be kept longer than necessary for the stated purposes.
Uninstalling stops the App from running on your device; it does not automatically delete records already held by service providers or cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. For a privacy or deletion request concerning information controlled by Helvorxy, use contact form. We may need limited information to verify and process a request. Apple or another independent provider may require a separate request for data it controls.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and, where applicable, delete it.
7. International Processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, the relevant provider or controller uses a legally recognized transfer mechanism or other applicable safeguard.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No device, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about processing. You can also manage App permissions and subscription settings through your device and Apple account. Submit requests through our contact page.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
