Invique Invite & Card Maker
Effective Date: August 9, 2026
Last Updated: September 26, 2026
This update describes local saving, photo retention and export handling in version 1.0.1. Availability of this version depends on App Store release and installation.
This Privacy Policy explains how Invique Invite & Card Maker (“Invique”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the application.
Your privacy is important to us. Invique is designed with a privacy-first approach. The App does not require an account and, based on its current functionality, does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal information with us.
By using Invique, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal data from users through the App.
Invique does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, phone number, address, or other personal information to us.
We do not intentionally collect:
Names or contact information
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Precise location information
Device identifiers
Advertising identifiers
IP addresses through our own systems
Usage profiles
Browsing history
Contacts
Payment information
User-created invitation content
Photos added to invitations
Recipient information
Analytics data through our own servers
The App is designed so that invitation and card creation can take place locally on your device.
2. User-Created Content
Invique allows users to create invitations, cards, designs, messages, and other content.
This content may include information entered by the user, including, for example:
Names
Event dates
Event locations
Messages
Contact information
Photographs or images
Information about invited persons
Such information is entered voluntarily by the user.
Invique does not upload this content to servers operated by us.
User-created projects and associated content are stored locally on the user's device unless the user independently chooses to export, share, copy, save, or otherwise transmit that content using features provided by the device or operating system.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permission or lawful basis to use personal information, photographs, names, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other content belonging to third parties.
3. Local Device Storage
Projects and imported photo copies are stored in the App's local storage on your device. Appearance, language and other preferences are also stored locally. Invique does not provide an account service, developer-operated cloud storage or automatic project synchronization between devices.
The App attempts to save pending edits while you work, when it becomes inactive and when you finish editing. If saving fails when you try to close the editor, the editor remains open and displays an error so you can retry. These safeguards do not replace backups or guarantee recovery after an interruption.
Because this information is stored locally:
We generally cannot access it.
We cannot restore it for you.
We cannot retrieve deleted projects.
We cannot guarantee recovery if the App is deleted.
We cannot guarantee recovery if your device is damaged, lost, reset, replaced, or experiences storage corruption.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of content they consider important.
Some operating systems or device backup services may independently back up application data according to the settings configured by the user. Such services are controlled by their respective providers and not by Invique.
4. Photos and Media
Invique uses the system photo picker to import images you choose for your designs. The App receives the selected files; it does not scan or upload your entire photo library.
Selected images are copied into local app storage and may be resized on your device to manage memory and file size. Original imported files may contain embedded metadata; Invique does not promise to remove all metadata from imported copies. Importing or deleting an app copy does not delete the original photo from your photo library.
We do not receive copies of those images on servers operated by us.
Access to photos or media is subject to the permission controls provided by your device operating system. You may modify or revoke these permissions through your device settings.
5. Sharing and Exporting Content
Invique renders invitations and cards as PNG, JPEG or PDF files on your device. Exporting does not upload your project to us. Temporary export files are created locally so that you can preview or share them.
When you choose to share content through messaging applications, social networks, email services, cloud storage services, AirDrop, or other third-party services, your content will be processed according to the privacy practices of the service you selected.
We do not control how third-party services process content after you voluntarily share or export it.
You should review the privacy policies of those third-party services before sharing sensitive or personal information.
6. Third-Party Services
The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs and does not transmit user-created invitation data to servers controlled by us. App Store rating prompts and any diagnostics you choose to share with Apple are handled through Apple's platform services and settings.
However, your device, operating system, App Store provider, or services you voluntarily use for sharing or exporting content may independently process certain information.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and their processing is outside our control.
If we introduce analytics, advertising, cloud storage, accounts, crash-reporting services, or other third-party technologies that materially change how information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
7. Advertising and Tracking
Invique does not use your invitation content for behavioral advertising.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not create advertising profiles from your invitation content.
We do not intentionally track users across applications or websites owned by other companies.
If this practice changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the applicable platform privacy disclosures will be updated.
8. Data Retention
Because user-created projects are stored locally on your device and are not stored on servers operated by us, we do not maintain a server-side retention period for such content.
You can generally delete locally stored content by:
Deleting the relevant project within the App, where available;
Clearing application data where supported by your operating system; or
Deleting the App from your device.
Imported photo copies that are no longer referenced by any saved project are eligible for local cleanup. Cleanup is deferred while an editor is open so photos needed for unsaved changes or undo/redo remain available. A photo used in another saved project or as a background is retained. If a saved project cannot be read, cleanup is skipped to avoid treating its photos as unused.
Temporary exports may be removed by the operating system. The App also attempts to remove a previous export after a successful replacement and export files older than 24 hours when preparing another export. This is not a guaranteed deletion deadline. Exported copies you save elsewhere, share with other apps or print are not removed when you delete a project.
Some information may remain in device backups created independently by your operating system or cloud backup provider. We do not control those backups. Offloading the App may retain its local documents; deleting the App and managing device backups are separate actions.
9. Children's Privacy
Invique is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we do not operate an account system or intentionally collect personal information through the App, we do not knowingly maintain personal information belonging to children on our servers.
Parents and guardians should supervise minors when creating or sharing invitations containing personal information.
10. Security
Invique is designed to minimize privacy risks by keeping user-created content on the user's device rather than transmitting it to servers operated by us.
However, no device, software system, or digital storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, including passcodes, biometric authentication, operating system updates, and backups.
11. Your Privacy Choices
Because we do not maintain accounts or server-side databases containing your invitation projects, we cannot search, export, correct or delete those local projects on your behalf. You may separately contact us about information you voluntarily provide in a support or privacy request.
You remain in control of locally stored content through your device and the App.
Where applicable law grants additional privacy rights, we will comply with valid requests to the extent that we actually possess or control information relating to the requesting individual.
12. International Users
Invique may be made available in multiple countries.
Privacy and consumer protection laws may vary depending on your location.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any mandatory privacy right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under applicable law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
New App functionality;
Changes in applicable law;
New platform requirements;
Security improvements;
Changes in how data is processed.
When material changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy will be revised.
If a future version begins collecting or transmitting categories of personal information that are not described here, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or in connection with that functionality as required by applicable law.
14. Website Visits and Support Requests
The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions can be read inside Invique, including while offline, using copies included with the installed app version. Opening these local documents does not contact a website. Online copies are also available at helvorxy.com.
Support and external reference links open web content in an in-app browser and require an internet connection. The website is separate from local invitation editing and is covered by the Helvorxy website privacy notice.
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide so we can respond. The form uses Cloudflare to deliver requests and Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Hosting and security services may process network information such as an IP address and technical browser signals. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for its practices.
The website does not keep a separate contact-message database. A message you choose to send may remain in the support correspondence used to handle your request. Do not include invitation details or sensitive information unless they are needed to explain the issue. Opening the support page does not automatically attach your projects or photos.
