Invique Invite & Card Maker
Effective Date: August 9, 2026
Last Updated: September 26, 2026
This update describes local saving, photo cleanup and print exports in version 1.0.1. Availability of this version depends on App Store release and installation.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Invique Invite & Card Maker (“Invique”, “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Invique, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About Invique
Invique is a design application that allows users to create invitations, cards, announcements, event materials, and other visual content.
The App may provide tools such as templates, text editing, images, graphics, fonts, customization features, exporting, and sharing.
Available features may vary depending on the App version, device, operating system, country, or region.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Invique for its intended purposes.
The App is licensed to you, not sold.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the App's source code, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
Modify or create unauthorized derivative versions of the App;
Circumvent security or technical restrictions;
Extract or redistribute Invique templates, graphics, assets, or other proprietary content as standalone products;
Use automated systems to scrape or reproduce substantial portions of the App;
Interfere with the App's operation, security, or infrastructure.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved.
3. User-Created Content
Invique enables you to create and customize your own invitations and cards.
You remain responsible for all content that you create, import, edit, export, publish, print, or share using the App.
Such content may include:
Names;
Photographs;
Logos;
Addresses;
Phone numbers;
Event details;
Dates and times;
Messages;
Illustrations;
Third-party trademarks;
Copyrighted material; and
Other information or media.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use any content that you add to your designs.
4. Third-Party Rights
You must not use Invique to infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights of another person or organization.
For example, you must obtain appropriate permission before using another person's copyrighted photograph, logo, artwork, trademark, or private information where permission is legally required.
We are not responsible for content uploaded, created, or distributed by users.
5. Accuracy of Invitations
You are responsible for checking all information contained in your invitation or card before exporting, printing, publishing, or sending it.
This includes checking:
Names;
Dates;
Times;
Locations;
Addresses;
Phone numbers;
Contact details;
Event information; and
Spelling.
Invique is not responsible for mistakes made by users when creating their content.
We are not responsible for printing expenses, missed events, incorrect invitations, incorrect addresses, or other losses arising from inaccurate information entered by the user.
6. Local Storage
Invique stores projects, imported photo copies, preferences and related content locally on your device. The App does not provide an account, developer-operated cloud backup or automatic project synchronization between devices.
The App attempts to save edits automatically and when you finish editing. If saving fails when you try to close the editor, the editor remains open and shows an error so you can retry. You should resolve save errors and keep independent copies of important finished designs; autosave does not guarantee recovery after a crash, forced closure, storage failure or device loss.
Undo and redo are available during an editing session and are not a permanent backup. Unused imported photo copies may be cleaned up after editing sessions close, following successful saves or deletions, or at startup. Photos still referenced by a saved project are retained. This cleanup does not delete the original photo from your device photo library.
Your content may be lost if:
You delete the App;
You delete a project;
Your device is lost or damaged;
Your device is reset;
Application data becomes corrupted;
Your device storage fails;
An operating system update causes unexpected compatibility issues; or
Your backup is unavailable or incomplete.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important projects or exported designs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, corruption, deletion, or inability to recover locally stored content.
7. Exporting and Sharing
Invique supports PNG, JPEG and PDF exports. Standard and high-resolution modes are intended for different output needs. In 300 DPI mode, PNG and JPEG files include resolution metadata; A4 image exports use 2480 × 3508 pixels. A4 PDFs use a 210 × 297 mm page, while other formats use the physical dimensions shown in the export screen.
PDF artwork is rendered as an image and is not an editable, fully vector document. Print results depend on the resolution of imported images, the chosen format, printer settings and the print provider. A 300 DPI setting does not create missing detail in a low-resolution source image or guarantee a particular print result. Check the exported file, page size and a proof before ordering prints.
Exports are created in temporary local storage. Save a copy to a destination you control if you need to keep it: temporary files may be replaced or cleaned up, and an export is not a backup of the editable project.
The App may also allow content to be shared through third-party applications or services.
Once you export or share content outside Invique, we no longer control that content.
We are not responsible for:
Unauthorized forwarding;
Copying;
Publication;
Modification;
Loss;
Deletion; or
Other use of content after it has been shared or exported.
You are responsible for choosing where and with whom you share your designs.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Invique for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
You may not use the App to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations;
Commit fraud or impersonate another person;
Violate intellectual property rights;
Violate another person's privacy;
Distribute malware or harmful software;
Attempt unauthorized access to devices, accounts, or systems;
Harass or unlawfully threaten another person;
Exploit minors;
Create deceptive materials intended to facilitate fraud;
Interfere with the normal operation of the App.
We reserve the right to restrict functionality or discontinue access where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the App, or prevent misuse.
9. Templates and App Assets
Invique may contain templates, icons, illustrations, graphics, layouts, fonts, user interfaces, effects, and other creative materials.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials are owned by us or used under appropriate licenses.
Using an Invique template to create a design does not transfer ownership of the original template or underlying Invique assets to you.
You may not extract, copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer Invique's underlying templates or assets as standalone products unless expressly authorized.
10. Your Designs
Subject to third-party intellectual property rights and any applicable asset licenses, you may generally use designs you create and export through Invique for personal or legitimate commercial purposes.
However, this does not grant you ownership of:

Original Invique templates;
Proprietary graphics;
Third-party assets; or
Other protected components of the App.
11. Intellectual Property
Invique and its original software, design, branding, interface, graphics, templates, and related materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
“Invique” and associated branding may not be copied or used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership.
12. Third-Party Services
Invique may interact with services operated by third parties, including:
Apple;
iOS;
Sharing services;
Messaging applications;
Social networks;
Printers;
Cloud storage providers; and

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, policies, security practices, content, or functionality.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are available inside the App, including while offline, using copies bundled with the installed version. Online copies remain available on helvorxy.com. Support and external references open in an in-app browser and require an internet connection.
Submitting the support form is optional and sends only the information you choose to provide; your invitation projects are not automatically included. Website and support data handling is explained in the website privacy notice and the Invique Privacy Policy.

Your use of the App must also comply with applicable App Store Usage Rules.
