These terms govern Subvia Subscription Tracker ("Subvia" or "the app"), provided by Helvorxy ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable App Store license terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. No Subvia registration account is required.
The current online version is available at Subvia Terms of Use. For questions, use the Helvorxy contact form.
To report a concern about a service name, logo or artwork, request service or logo removal. See section 6.1 for the information to include.
1. License and acceptable use
The app is licensed to you for lawful use on compatible devices under applicable App Store Usage Rules and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different applicable license is supplied through the App Store. These terms supplement that license and do not override mandatory legal rights.
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its services, infringe others' rights or bypass purchase controls. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the licenses of included open-source components. You retain your rights in the information and images you enter.
Minors should use the app with any parental or guardian involvement required by applicable law and the relevant store rules.
2. Subscription tracking and your responsibilities
Subvia helps you record subscriptions, estimate costs, view payment history and plan reminders. It does not connect to your bank, make payments for the subscriptions you track, or verify that a bill has actually been paid.
Adding, pausing, cancelling or deleting a record inside Subvia changes your tracking records. It does not purchase, pause or cancel the corresponding service with its provider. A cancellation link may open that provider's website or the App Store; you must complete any action there and confirm its result.
You are responsible for entering accurate amounts, dates and billing periods and checking them against the provider's actual terms.
3. Reminders, widgets and reports
Notifications, background updates and widget refreshes depend on device permissions, system scheduling, available resources and your settings. Reminders may be delayed or not delivered, and widgets may temporarily show older information. Keep another way to monitor deadlines that matter to you.
Reports and currency conversions are estimates based on your records and available exchange-rate data. Rates may be delayed and may differ from a bank's rate, fees or taxes. Subvia does not provide financial, tax or investment advice. Verify important amounts and obligations with the relevant provider.
4. Free features and premium purchases
Some features are free and others require premium access. The available features, price, currency and purchase type are shown before checkout. Apple processes payment, and RevenueCat helps validate the purchase and restore access.
The current premium offer is a one-time lifetime purchase. It does not automatically renew. "Lifetime" refers to access to the premium features included in that purchase for the supported life of the app, subject to applicable law and the terms shown when purchased; it is not a promise that the app, operating-system compatibility or independent third-party services will exist forever.
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account associated with your purchase when restoring eligible access. Any future offer with different billing terms must disclose those terms before purchase; an existing one-time purchase will not automatically become a recurring charge.
Refund eligibility is determined under Apple's procedures and applicable consumer law. You can request a refund through Apple's refund process. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. iCloud, backups and your data
Optional iCloud synchronization requires premium access, a compatible Apple Account and available iCloud services. Sync depends on the network, storage and system conditions and may involve conflicts or delays. It is not a substitute for a separate backup.
You are responsible for keeping copies of important records. Review the selected file before restoring a backup because restoration can replace current local data. Exported .criby and database backups are not password-protected or encrypted by Subvia; protect them and the destinations you choose.
Turning off sync or deleting the app does not automatically delete iCloud copies, exported files or App Store purchase records. Data handling and available choices are explained in the Subvia Privacy Policy, also available inside the app.
6. Third-party services and content
Apple, RevenueCat, currency-data providers, app-artwork hosts and external websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or changes to their services. Network or mobile-data charges remain subject to your agreement with your provider.
Names, logos and artwork of services you track belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in Subvia identifies those services and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or a partnership.
6.1. Service or logo removal requests
If you are a rights holder or an authorized representative and believe a service listing, name, logo or artwork in Subvia infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, you can request its removal or correction through the Helvorxy contact form. Use the subject "Subvia - Service or logo removal request".
Please include the following information:
- Your name, the rights holder's name and a contact email address.
- The service name and a description of the specific content, including where it appears in Subvia. Include a relevant page link or screenshot link if available.
- An explanation of the rights concerned and information supporting your ownership or authority to act, such as an official website or registration reference where applicable.
- The removal or correction you are requesting, and confirmation that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We review these requests and may ask for clarification or supporting information. Where appropriate, we will remove, replace or restrict the reported content. Changes to content included in the app may require an app update.
This reporting process does not grant permission to use third-party content or limit any rights available under applicable law. Please send only information necessary to assess the request; do not include passwords, payment details or unrelated personal records. Contact information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We may update the app for security, compatibility, legal requirements or product improvements. Some features require a supported app and operating-system version. Changes affecting purchased access remain subject to the purchase terms and mandatory consumer protections.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, perfectly accurate estimates or delivery of every reminder. We will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation where required by law.
8. Responsibility and consumer rights
You should not rely solely on Subvia to meet a payment deadline or other financial obligation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a third-party provider's charges, a missed reminder or losses caused by inaccurate user-entered information.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, refunds or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights in your place of residence remain available.
9. Ending use and updates to these terms
You may stop using Subvia at any time. Your license may end for a material breach in accordance with applicable law and the relevant license terms. Ending use does not itself cancel subscriptions with other providers or erase independently stored data.
We may revise these terms as the app or legal requirements change, with notice and any required acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The date above identifies this revision.
10. Contact
For product support, questions about these terms or privacy requests, contact Helvorxy. Please include "Subvia Subscription Tracker" and only the details needed to handle your request.
